ask for long layers and his bangs cut on a slant or to the side... or you could print the picture out and they will copy it the best they can

Actually, the cut itself is called a "Pixie Cut".... and then it is spiked...

Of course, you don't get many males asking for a pixie cut.

You will be asked what length to make it, it actually needs to be at least 2 and a half inches long, but, more fun at longer lengths.

Just ask for a pixie cut, and then "wild spikes" is how I would describe the spiking, not sure the technical term, but, that will get your point across.
