okay so i want a scene hair cut right but you know not too scene just a little choppy on top and alot of colors on the bottom . Anybody know a salon that can do this for me ?

bring in a pic or tell them what you want
and ask them if its possible
if the answer is yes ask for a price and if its good
then say you will be back later / sometime soon
if the answer is no
say thanks and leave!
