If you have a chi(straightner) then that would be really easy I have one and I get my hair that straight every day, spray a Straightening Iron Spray so your hair wont burn, and just straighten it peice by peice. It should take you like 10 or 15 min max.

first use some protective spray that'll help protect your hair from the harsh heat that straightners give off. You can try using tresemme thermal creations heat tamer protective spray. here go to the website: http://www.tresemme.com/heat/products/pr...

then u can go right on ahead and straighten ur hair. :) i hope this helped.

Its pretty easy. I have the same cut and style. All you have to do is wash and condition. Deep condition once a week if you start using a flat iron/straightener. Then towel dry and apply and straightening serum like Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Weightless Anti-Frizz Serum (about the size of a nickle in your palm) and then blow dry until dry using a paddle brush (the big flat brushes). After that divide hair into three sections. The bottom layer, the middle layer and the toplayer securing with clips as you go. Then run a straightener over 1 inch pieces of hair until your done with each layer. After you do the bottom layer (first) then let down the middle and repeat til done and then the top. Its relly easy. Then when you do the "bangs" straighten them in the direction you want them to fall. So to your left for hair like Hilary's. Check out this video for help too. Also use a heat protectant spray before you straighten but after you blowdry. Herbal Essences makes one. its in a purple spray bottle.

for temporary, use a ceramic hair straightener. the really good one which is all ceramic like $80+.You get those at nice salons or target. If that's too much get a ceramic coated straightener which like around $30. Of course, the more expensive one will cause less damage and more shine and beauty. Depending on your hair, you should get products.. from different styling creams, to hair spray, to gel. Just google how to straighten your hair. (Just make sure your ahir is very dry before you start.. unless you bought a wet hair straightener.)

Or for a result that lasts 3+ on where you don't have do get up everyone to straighten your hair, you should go for a Japanese Hair Straightening treatment like my mom. You have to go to a Chinese or Korean salon. It costs atleast $250 depending on your hair. They may not even be able to do it on hair too coarse or curly. And it takes atleast 5 hours to do. But your hair will be very very straight, shiny, and soft. Lasts until new hair grows out. You wouldnt even need to blow dry your hair for it to be straight.

I prefer the 1st method. Although I have had a Japanese Straighten treatment. I just like the option to have both curly and straight hair depending on my outfit.

First, it really helps to have a good straightener. I used to have a crappy kind from CVS but when I bought one from my hairdresser it really helped. You should start out by applying a shine serum or antifrizz straightening cream. Usually i just flip my hair over and blow it straight by brushing it as I dry it. This may make it too poufy, however so you can blow dry it a little and let it air dry the rest. Then when your hair is COMPLETELY dry you can begin to straighten. I spray a heat protective spray because straightening your hair too often can damage it. My hair is really thick so i just straighten it in 3 layers, I put a bunch in a halfponytail type thing so its just the underlayer, then middle, then top. If your hair is not really thick that is not neccisary. Basically, you just pull out about a 1 1/2 inch wide piece of hair and squeeze together the sides of the straighter and slowly (not too slow to avoid kinks) pull it down. Be carefull to not put too much hair in the straightener at once because it will be harder that way. I pull out a piece, brush it, then straighten because it helps make it smoother. I noticed in the picture her hair isn't very poufy...mine is so it helps to blow dry your hair in the afternoon or night, straighten it and then touch it up in the morning to avoid it being too poufy or dry. Straightening hair may be kind of hard at first but you will get the hang of it! haha well thats really long but i hope it helps!
