nope sure didn't my hair was down to my bra strap and the lady said she was just going to trim the ends and cut it up to my neck she was lucky she made it home alive I wanted to so some bad things with her scissors

Yeah, plus it was about 3 times what I normally pay. It sucks, but I didn't go back and now I make sure I ask how much first... I hate getting ripped off.
